Digital products
WagWash sells digital products only. The WagWash Method and its 8 bonuses are PDFs, worksheets, calculators, scripts and printable templates delivered instantly by email and by download link after payment. Nothing is shipped, and no washing supplies, tools or equipment are included.
Because the files are delivered immediately, you have full access to the entire kit from the moment you buy. The guarantee below exists so you can read all of it before you decide.
How to request a refund
Email support@thewagwash.shop within 7 days of your purchase date with:
- the email address you used at checkout;
- the name on the order;
- the approximate date of purchase.
You do not have to explain yourself. We process refunds to the original payment method. Once approved, most banks and card issuers show the funds within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the provider.
Trouble accessing your kit
If your download link did not arrive, check your spam, promotions and junk folders first, and search for "WagWash". If it still isn't there, email support@thewagwash.shop and we will resend it, usually the same day. A delivery problem is not a reason to lose the product you paid for, and it is not a reason to open a dispute.
Before you open a dispute
If something is wrong with your order, please write to us first. Card disputes and chargebacks take weeks to resolve and often end with you having neither the product nor the money while the case is open.
One email to support@thewagwash.shop is faster than any bank process. We answer every message, we refund inside the 7 day window without argument, and we would much rather sort it out directly with you.
What this product is and is not
The WagWash Method is an implementation kit for offering a bounded mobile dog washing service: bath, brush-out, de-shed and dry. It does not teach and does not include haircuts, clipping, scissoring, nail trimming, ear cleaning or severe dematting, and it does not certify you as a professional groomer.
It does not guarantee clients, bookings or income. Requirements for business registration, licensing, tax and insurance vary by country, state, province and local authority, and insurance eligibility varies by provider. Checking your local requirements before accepting paid bookings is your responsibility.
